Positive: It’s relatively clean, they provided extra towels and bed sheets. The staff were super helpful. The apt is somewhat spacious compared to other hotels around.

Negative: The location is a little too far from the lake and so high up in the mountain that it needs a strong car to climb up and the road is too narrow in some places and fits only 1 car so if you face a car going to the opposite direction one of you will need to reverse and reversing down/up hill in a zigzag road is not easy neither for the driver nor most cars.

Summary: The hotel was very nice just the location was not good.

Positive: - The view is the best thing. - staff are nice and friendly. - the toilet style is convenient for Arab people. - Very spacious. - good heat isolation. - plenty of storage. - it has washing machine. - flexibility of changing the date of stay and the staff were responsive. - balcony style was appropriate for privacy and the glass was shaded. - spacious car parking area. - the building has emergency exist in case of fire and it's designed perfectly for critical conditions. - relatively good value for money for a group stay and perfect for family.

Negative: - the toilets gets smelly because there is no electric fan air extractor in the bathrooms. - no breakfast. - it's very hard to reach the hotel without a car. - no daily cleaning while we are out. - there is no safety box. - the walls aren't soundproof. - there no land telephone to directly reach the staff. - the staff English speaking were so poor, they hardly understand what we need. - there is no towels when we reached l,, we had to ask for it. - you have to waste plenty of water in order to get hot water, we literally used to let the water tap pour for around 3-5 minutes. - some toilet facilities were broken, aslo some furnitures were broken but no affecting the overall staying quality. - rooms keys weren't not available. There is only one waste basket for the whole apartment and we used take out the garage by ourselves.

Positive: The view to the lake was amazing, the apartment is clean and tidy, room space and rest area was very good, the beds are comfortable, there was two bedroom and three toilets in the apartment and two sofa beds, there was good cookwares to use, there is elevator in the building, there is nearby market and coffeeshop, the check in and out was very smooth, and can contact you by whatsapp for any request, there is enough parking slots. I am really happy about my reservation Thank you all for making our trip amazing.
